How much is P&P?

Postage and packing in the UK is £3.50 for first class Royal Mail. If you would like a guaranteed next day delivery service please mark this on your order and we will contact you with a quotation for Royal Mail Special Delivery.

International parcels go via air mail. This is £7.50 for Europe and £10.00 for the rest of the world. If you wish to use a courier service please place a note during checkout and we can provide a quotation for this service.

What is the returns policy?

We have a no quibble returns policy provided the items are returned to us the condition they were received with the labels still attached and have not been worn. Ideally returns should be received within 30 days, returns will be taken after 30 days provided the line is still stocked by us.

How do you return an item?

Each item comes with an order summary. Just turn the order summary over and fill in the information and return it with the bra to us. You can use the freepost label on the bottom. If you are returning internationally please use the international freepost returns label that will have been included with your order.

How do I know if an item fits correctly?

A sports bra should fit snugly with no bulges or gapes. You should not be able to fit more than one finger under the band or in the cup. If you are unsure please telephone us in the office.

How do I send a bra back for the sports bra amnesty?

Each returned bra is worth £3 off the price of your next item, you can only trade in one old bra against a new bra. The easiest method is to return your sports bra with your new order. Please send back to:

I sent a bra back in the sports bra amnesty - how do I use the £3 against my next online order?

Please type "amnesty" in answer to the "How did you hear about us" box in the general information section in checkout and we will action this for you before your credit card is processed

How do I know if an item is in stock?

You will be contacted via email within 24 hours of placing your order and advised if the item is out of stock. Any items out of stock will be dispatched as soon as new stock is available, and there will be no further postage charge for this service.

The coupon code I have doesn’t work?

We process these manually, so if it doesn’t work you can just place it as a response to the questions at the end of checkout and we will apply it before your order is dispatched. If you prefer you can place the order by telephone.

When are your phone lines open?

The phone lines are open 9am-5.30pm. You may be lucky outside of these hours as we will always answer if someone is in the office.

How long should my item take to arrive?

If an item is in stock it will leave immediately via Royal Mail first class. In the UK this normally means it will reach you in 24-48 hours. You will receive a dispatch confirmation from us on the day the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. We can ship via Special Delivery for guaranteed "next day" delivery in the UK only. There is a £5 additional charge for this service. Please telephone 08000 36 38 40 if you would like to use this service.
